Ιn light of the upcoming 2019 European Parliament elections, International and Peace Journalism Laboratory of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki aims to enhance awareness, interest and knowledge about the elections. The project #pressEU_NextGen encourages especially young voters to take part in the upcoming Elections for European Parliament, by implementing a series of events and actions.
On Sunday, 5th of May 2019, #pressEU_NextGen will be present at the “Recycling Festival” of municipality Pavlos Melas. The festival will take place in the new “Eleftherias Square – Alexandros Ipsilantis”, in Ano Ilioupoli, and is organized under the European Tropa Verde – Urbact III Program, which includes the Municipality of Pavlos Melas with 5 other Municipalities from Spain, Portugal, France, Poland, Hungary.
