Webinar Announcement: “Health and Well-being of Youth during Covid-19”

DCN SEE Hub and Digital Communication Network are organizing, via Zoom, the webinar Health and Well-being of Youth during Covid-19“, which will take place in the 19th of August at 17:00 (Athens Time).

The world is confronted with a major global pandemic, impacting all facets of society and the economy. This webinar will evaluate how the global pandemic is impacting the emotional health and well-being of youth, especially those in vulnerable groups. As families and communities navigate through the global pandemic, it is important to manage the anxiety, fears, and worries experienced by children and young people. Speakers from across the world will discuss strategies and tools for promoting mental health and responding to the needs and interests of youth. The webinar will include practical advice and coping techniques to utilize in response to continued measures of social-distancing, quarantine, and isolation. A Q&A portion will follow and give the audience an opportunity to engage.
